Step 1 - Download the build you would like to play
Step 2 - Open your Downloads folder and drag the .jar file into the 'mods' folder in %appdata%\.minecraft\mods
Step 3 - Launch forge-1.12.2 (the recommended forge version) through the Minecraft launcher
