i can't add the item attack animation in the procedure

hello, i have a new problem. i was making in my mod an hammer (weapon) that every time the player right clicks on a entity the hammer summons a lightning, and i made this in the procedure. now i have to add the animation trigger to make the hammer play the animation every time i right click, but the weapon doesn't play the animation. i hope this is only a distraction error and im making something wrong.
