[HELP] The world time resets after it has reached 11000 ticks even with commands

[HELP] The world time resets after it has reached 11000 ticks even with commands

I made a mob that has two stages, from 0 to 13500 it is awake and doing something, after 13500 it disappears and spawns another entity that does nothing (sleeps), but when I started testing it in the game world, the time started resetting after it reached 11000, so I removed this mechanic, but it didn't help. Is there a way to fix it?
