How do you make an ocean biome?

I want to make an ocean biome, but I can't figure out how. I keep seeing people talk about some biome height thing, but I can't find that setting anywhere when I try to make a biome. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using the 2024.1 version of MCreator, no plugins.
