I can't install create plugin

I can't install the plugin of create. I put It in the folder and It puts me than is loader but don't appears me anything. Please, help me.

  1. Which folder? 2. Which version of MCreator are you using? Is the MCreator version the same as  the plugin's required MCreator version?
