Help with mod compatibility

I am working on a small mod for me and my girlfriend to use on our little 1.20.1 modpack. I am trying to make it so you use Pam's Harvestcraft 2 items to make a Pepsi, I am trying to use tags but i can't quite figure it out.
The recipe is Caramel, Sugar, Water (which i got the "forge:water" working) and Vanilla. I dont want to add a whole Vanilla plant and all that, if Pam's Harvestcraft 2 is already there. If someone could explain how I get the Vanilla to be the Pam's Harvestcraft 2 vanilla that would be great.
