RIP My Mod that took 4 years to make but the files where nuked randomly today

After 4 long years and finishing this new version of my mod, I opened Mcreator today and it loaded up and now ALL my files, sprites are gone. I almost fainted from the stress and I do not know what to do. I cannot find a backup I made a while ago and did a massive chunk of work for weeks. Is there any way to restore of fix this? I am using version 2023.4 because I was working in 1.19.4 and did not want to update yet....
