Mob generation in my dimension

I made my own measurement, made 5 biomes in it, added day and night in the settings. Later, I made 10 mobs and decided to set up their generation. At first, I wanted to set up mob generation in the biome settings,  one of the mobs started spawning in incredible numbers, although its weight was not the largest, some other mobs (with the monster setting) started spawning in large numbers in the cave, it is impossible to disable spawn in caves in the biome settings, and in addition, mobs spawned in a non-uniform number, therefore, I decided to configure the generation of mobs in the settings of the mobs themselves , but even here there were difficulties. First of all, despite the fact that I disabled spawn in the caves of mobs (with the monster setting), they still spawned there, especially in the morning. Secondly, of all the 7 daytime mobs, only 2 spawned during the day, although their weight is equal to or even less than the rest in biomes where these 2 mobs are not present at all on the surface of no one. It is worth noting that spawn mobs at night works more or less oddly, and night mobs spawn relative to their weight. I tried to change different settings, for example from creature to ambiet, but it didn't change anything or it created new stars. Please help me. How do I generate entities in my dimension.
