Redstone and Lapis Lazuli Utilities

This mod adds Tools and Armor for Redstone and Lapis Lazuli. The lapis tools and armor are more duable and resistant. The redstone tools and armor are more strong and powerfull. The redstone and lapis armor have powers, the redstone gives you night vision and the lapis gives you water breathing. There is also a spear that ONLY WORKS IN SURVIVAL. You can throw it at mobs and can deal up to 6 to 10 damage.
