Almost Everything is a missing texture

One day I exported my jar and now half of the items are missing textures and it looks edgyyyyy!Help Anyone?

I know the issue is that the mod didnt fully load, but I had to stop it loading, I waited over a hour and its still stuck at around 40%, and no it doesnt have 1000+ elements...

It may seem like a pain, but in the side bar where it says "resources, remove every texture that is "missing", then re-upload them on whatever mods use them. It should work. It did for me at least
