Topic category: Help with MCreator software
I'm not quite sure whether I put this in the right place or not but anyway...
When I download MCreator & start trying to install it, it gets to the part where it's loading files & stuff. And it then either stops loading & takes forever or it just spits out an error or something like that. It says that somethings wrong with my internet connection but my internet is fine. Can anyone please help me?
I suggest you to open a support ticket and paste the error log you get too.
Ok, But, I don't know what a "support ticket" is or where to put it. And also, once MCreator stops loading, it freezes up & I can't access the error log or anything. Thank you very much for trying to help me though. I know it must be really difficult.
