Curseforge Policy

I need to upload mods to Curseforge if I want to put MCreator mods in my Curseforge modpack, but there's a problem.

"But we want you to stay fair so you can't monetize with your mods unless we allow you to do so."

You would think, "That's logical what's the problem?". The point is that you automatically get CurseForge points* if people download the mod. So i can't avoid it.

So am I able to upload mods to Curseforge?

* You can use this points to get Amazon gift cards etc.
