You can't, we use the recommended version of Forge anyways. You can disable strict forge checking in workspace settings though before you export your mod.
I am unable to find this setting, using Mcreator 1.8.3. I have checked the preferences and the mod setting but neither has an option for this as far as I can tell.

This is not in preferancea, it is found in the place you set your mod name and then you click, Advanced Options
But still where do i find the forge version?
