Hi! Before I make a request for it on the issue tracker, I just wanted to know if this is something Mcreator would even be able to add in in the first place? By Biome Color Dependent Blocks I mean like Grass, Leaves, Plants, etc. Is there a way to let us do this in Mcreator or can this even be added?
This is in the plan, but I have not found a working way to make this yet.

That is for Fabric API, not Forge API. What you want to use is IBlockColor.
