I know that you can export from older versions to newest , but I'd like to know how to export from MCreator 1.8.3 and how to import into MCreator 1.9 because I didn't found how.

Export your mod in 1.8.3 to MCR file (Open MCreator 1.8.3, go to MC tab and click Export current workspace to MCR.) and import this file in MCreator 1.9.0 using Import button.
