Player Arm Rotation (Like On Bow)

OK, this one might require some advance coding, but what I'm looking to do is to make it so that while I'm holding a certain item, it changes your player's arm rotation (like the animation for when your charging a bow, or throwing a trident), again if you know deep coding and if I could get help that would be very appreciated.
