I don't know exactly what cooldown procedure block does. I tried to use it as the weapon cooldown but seems to not work, so I don't know what does exactly. Can anyone explain me?
cooldown is pretty much how enderpearls work its when u use a item then theres a timer displaying how long until u can use it again
