This was able to be done in previous versions but, now with 1.14.4 they removed it :( I would love to be able to add potion effects to my food when someone eats it.
Create a procedure giving the potion effect and add it at the event "When food eaten".
Yeah I tried doing that but, it ended up giving it when the game was loaded instead
