Have an option to change the inventory icon of a block!

Instead of having to make a separate item for a block it would be nice to have the option to the change the icon of the block to an item. The benefits of this would be amazing, imagine having the option to place rotatable blocks such as doors with out having to make a separate item spawn in a block that cant rotate at all with out having to do a painfully long process, that would be so nice also being able to make furniture that has a nice image icon instead of a 3D icon would be so amazing.
