Update idea of making global trigger: left swing on a entity or new element of editing an exsisting block or item.

I really want this for several reasons, when I tried new snapshot I tried to make eanchantment I wanted to make a while ago. It didn't work out because i want to make my eanchentment to be applied to any sword, and when you attack entity with sword you got effect.
