A procedure block to get (and not set, unfortunately) the framerate of the player
It can be the same for TPS for instance.

I think there was a short snipped for fps display a while back on the forums
this could be usefull right now klemen
im making a mod which spawns a lot of particles
so knowing the amount of FPS of a player can help a lot for optimize
so i can verify if the particles aren't lagging a player. to spawn less. or more if the fps are TOO HIGH (240+)
can i add a fps bar in my mod?
