Where is my mod creation for mod 1.15.2 when I download snapshot for 1.16?

I created a mod for 1.15.2 and I wanna update this mod 1.16, but when I download version 2021.1 my workspace is gone.

Did you check in MCreatorWorkspaces?

If you don't have any folder named after your mod, it somehow deleted
