I have been trying to figure this out for a little while, but I am working in the 2020.2 version and trying to figure out how to replace something like stone in a custom biome with a custom block that I made. I have done a little testing and nothing I have tried was able to replace the stone in the biome, just wondering if anyone could help me out here, thanks.
Just go into the generation tab on the block and you will find options for spawning in the world.
I have tried to use the generations tab, replace block section, but I was not able to get it to replace stone blocks in the custom biome.
Well that will make it replace SOME,like ores, but not all.If you want all,go in biome settings
Biome settings won't help, they only control the top layer blocks, like the dirt and grass blocks, biomes can't replace the blocks used in worldgen (the stone), those are generated before biomes are even placed into places.
