Want to make an item who will summon "sonic-boom"

Hi,

 I am making a mod and made an item, but I want to summon "sonic-boom" whenever the item is right-clicked.

How can I do that? Please help me.

make that when item right clicked on block trigger and just but in there spawn entitiy: "ur entity" at x y z... bla bla bla
