Problems with adding Rarity code to Weapon

Greetings, I need help with adding rarity code the a weapon through coding, as MCreator doesn't allow for changing Tool rarities, at least none that I can find. Every time I put the code in I get a could not compile error, usually asking for a parenthesis where, as far as I can tell, none belong. Here is the code; https://pastebin.com/4yLTbCxS
