My Wings Wont Flap

So I am making a mod that has Fairys and I need their wing animation to flap like the animation for bats but I don't know how to do this.

Ive looked into people who have had similar problems but cant find a good answer or they say that you need to edit some values in the code. I can't find what values to change let alone which file to change. If i use the preset animations then they go to slow and the wings are stuck at a weird angle when my mob isnt moving. if someone could help with this that would be great!
