I can't figure out a sound. (Corrected)

Hi, I need to have a sound play for my block, and the sound lasts 4 seconds (80 ticks) but I cant figure out how to do it, as the block needs to update every 1 tick. So the sound just plays every tick, instead of every 80 ticks. I tried using NBT tags, but it doesn't help, as they just update every tick as well. What should I do?
