Trying to make a flower

I am using the latest version, 2023.2, I am currently working on trying to make a flower generate within the end yet somehow, I don't know how to make it work with a custom block I made for it. I tried making a procedure which in turn now has me making flowers whenever I right click. I have no idea on what to do. The flowers also seem to destroy themselves when next to another flower similar to that of a cactus.
