PROCEDURES PLUS

Available for forge: 1.16.5, 1.18.2, 1.19.2, 1.19.4, 1.20.1

 

I'd like to share with a few procedures that I think might come in handy. Each time I think of new procedures to add, an update will be available here!

A few explanations:
- Morph procedures (orange) are for the "Identity" mod, that I often use, so I don't have to write a new command each time I use it. They will not morph you in mcreator though, as you need the identity mod installed.
- If Then Else operator is the exact same that MCreator offers, however my version lets you stack them inside of each other!
- "Set no physics" is basically spectator mode in survival, but if you don't give yourself flying somehow - you will literally drown in the ground and fall into void eventually. Also, it can only be used with the trigger On loaded entity tick update, otherwise it will not work.
- Shape X, Y, and Z blocks should only be used inside the sphere procedures, nowhere else. Otherwise you'll get errors.

The positions of generating the spheres are also adjustable, you just need to use the Shape X/Y/Z blocks correctly, like in the above images

Does anyone know if it's possible to update a plugin yourself?
I used this plugin as the base for one of my mods and without it most of my mods procedures are completely blank--

just changing the version in the plugins isn't always the only change required. We should not be updating the files directly either since developers of the plugins will not be aware of the change so if something doesn't work, they will have no way to determine why.

I completely understand!
My only worry is that the plugins creator is not planning to update this and without this plugin, when I open my mods workspace all my procedures get corrupted/wiped clean--
As in, they are completely blank, even missing a starting block :/

yeah, I've been burned by this before. It's been a month now and 2 additional patch releases have come out. A courtesy reply would be appropriate if this plugin is either taking longer than expected to update or being abandoned so folks can plan accordingly.

The plugin is MIT-licensed, meaning you can technically fork it. You can download the plugin extract it and use that as src base for placement in https://github.com/MCreator/DemoPlugin project.

This plugin is not java plugin so plugin is source code at the same time

Klemen is correct. There is no github project for this (I checked under the devs ID), so just extract the zip and use it as a base to fork it yourself. Doesn't look like this developer has any interest in replying or updating this resource, so I'd consider it abandoned IMO.

can you add another procedure that switches texture files for you mod. so lets say i made a potion effect with custom particles, if a player is a seer, they will see a completely different particle while everyone else will only see the regular particle
