When Bullet Hits Entity Trigger

Issue description

Ranged Items that add effects or cause explosions etc. when hitting things work fine; but only in PVP. Trying to add a ranged item that, for example, sets fire to zombies, is impossible without code. This makes a lot of ranged items that are designed to do this pointless. So I would like a procedure trigger for 'When Bullet Hits Entity'.
