'If beds will explode in this dimension' option?

Issue description

So I think this is a basic feature, requiring minimal amount of code. This can be useful in boss fight dimensions etc. because it would be too easy to just chuck 5 golden apples and place a bunch of beds and ignite them.

This can be controlled by this code in the WorldProvider:

public WorldSleepResult canSleepAt(net.minecraft.entity.player.EntityPlayer player, BlockPos pos){
        return WorldSleepResult.BED_EXPLODES;
}
