Living Entities don't stop shooting projectiles after engaging a target

Issue description

So I made a living entity that can do ranged attacks with a custom projectile from a ranged item. When it starts to shoot it, works fine but its when it kills the entity it just does not want to stop shooting. It looks to be at that point in the idle mode so it's maybe a bug?

I have some plans to make targeting turrets for specific entity.
The only problem I have is the AI accuracy for shooting. I will open a request when I can again :)

We use the default ranged system which does not support accuracy control as far as I know.
