Issue description

Subtitles not translated.

Example Workspace: Click here to download!
In my example workspace i set russian translation

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create any sound with subtitles
2. Translate it in Localization
3. Make something that will make it play.
4. Run Client
5. Turn on your subtitles
6. Done! You find bug in subtitles!
