If the number is bigger, the biome will be mountains I believe.
I think I get the mathematics of it now. I think 1 block is equal to a value of 0.01.

Just a note, setting the height variation to 0 doesn't completely make it flat.
Yes, but it makes it almost flat.
Yea, but not completely.
There is no way to make a biome completely flat, and that would look weird anyways
What if it's -0.01?
It would make something like an upside-down mountain.
or it would make a valley below sea level
It won't let you input negative values
