So now that 1.14 is a version you can use for mcreator mods we should be able to make custom villager careers. It would work like this you select the villager career element, and first you select the block that that villager would use for a work station, then you select the texture for that villager career, you then pick trades and chose the trades they might get leveling up. You would have to make a structure with that block and a villager to find that career naturally. Sadly it would be a 1.14 exclusive.
Check on the forum/tracker before please. They can’t add this, but you can use a little bit your imagination.
Ok I would like a few 1.14 exclusives though as they never realy took advantage of the update and the new possable stuff that would be impossable in the older versions, like underwater plants for example.
