How do I stop my structures from removing all the blocks near it

Use void block.

structre void.

First type the next command: /give (username) structure_void

once you have it

place on the empty spots of your structure (air) the structure void

by doing this the structure void when generated will be replaced with the block generated there instead with air

There is a special command that you can input into a command block so that you can "body paint" all of the air blocks, This will allow there to be air spaces and will tremendously help with the time consumption. Search up "body painting void blocks"

There is a option for that in structure blocks

Really? I thought it was just "show air blocks" but I don't really know
