Basically, Doors of Death is a mod where you can find a structure called the Doors of Death, which take you to a new dimension, the Underworld. I need some more ideas, 'cause that's kind of all I've got...
make ghastly spectetors, make hell gaurds, maybe make the devil with demon henchmen! that is just a few, add green fire, make a structure for the entrance, even make the three headed demon dog! now that's what makes a underworld, maybe a biome called river of souls witch is a green lava with lost souls swimming in it!
it probally could be in my "heaven too hell" mudpack in MCreator! If you want! don't have too say yes, I credit you if you do!

I'm putting your ideas in, cause they're pretty cool-sounding. Also added an Ash Forest biome w/ some mobs and... a lot of ash.
oooooh! I loved helping, also make the portal igniter a key with a skull on it! it would look cool!
Sure! Maybe It could be a Wandering Trader trade or a special drop of a new Overworld mob.
i was thinking maybe a suspisous villager literaly called suspisious trader! he would be far away from villages living in a bedrock house with iron doors! :D
im making a simmalar mod going in my mudpack called gateway to death where in MINE it has keylings witch are keys with legs! so cute
