Need help Making a New Mod

I want to give a bit of background as to the reason why im looking for someone to make this mod, however i also know alot of people hate reading, so ill have a TLDR at the bottomn

It all started in 2013... Just joking. So about a year ago or so i came up with an idea for a mod, i dont really have a name for it, but what im hoping to accomplish is to create an Automated Survival Server, Where the goal is simple, you spawn in somewhere random in the world (likely gonna do it with a /rtp button around the spawn building) And the goal will be simple, I want people to have to Make buildings to find others in the land to beable to create a proper new world, instead of being able to just say hey im a few hundred blocks away ill be right there. Like the first 5 people to join the server for example could be on average over 10k blocks away from each other, but the only way to find others is to simply build. I plan to put FTB Environmental techs into the server/modpack in order to make resource gathering/collecting easier, and i also plan to have some sort of a mod that you can use waypoints (so you dont lose your own builds and have to restart over and over and over again. Slightly considering also including some sort of extra structures mod, to help keep things spiced up in the world. But the end goal is this, i want it to be so that whenever anyone presses f3 to look at their coords, they cannot see them, they can only see their y level, since i know it can be important for mining for some people, or for even making a spawner system of sorts. I just want a world where you cannot see coords, all you can do is build, and try to adventure to other peoples builds until you meet up with others, then continue to build up more and more. 

TLDR Im looking for a mod where people cannot see coords. When they press f3, i dont want them to see there x and z, but i would still like people to have access to their Y level as i know it can be important for building certain spawners and what not.
