So I was going to import my new armor texture, to be able to create my armor set for my mod. But on the selection for Name of Texture File, there is a blank black screen. Allowing for no selection. Have another separate computer and the bug is apparent on there too. Version 2020.2 build 14217 
that's not how you import armor. You go to resources and import armor there.
