Having Problems with Custom Crafting Block Tick Procedure

I am trying to make a magic mod. I added a crafting block for recipes. I watched the Custom Furnace and Smelting Procedure tutorials and I want to make something like that. But instead of fuel, I am trying to make a progress indicator. I changed the normal procedure a lot, you can download the procedure here. I don't know what is wrong. By the way the block doesn't use any fuel and it has 3 input(IDs: 1,2,3) and 1 output(ID: 0)  slots. And one last thing, I changed the input and output items/blocks with vanilla blocks.
