You do not need code for making a jet pack. You can use the procedures in Mcreator. If you are talking about making a 3D Model for the Jet pack so its not paper looking use Blockbench or Tabula. Tabula is a mod for minecraft which allows you to make models. Blockbench is a program that allows you to make models as well.
To make the flying portion look here: Make a procedure for player tick, if Jet pack is in (idk what spot ur gonna put it at so either 103 which is helmet, 102 chestplate, 101, leggings, and 100 boots.)
Than If Jet Pack is not in chestplate remove ability to fly.
