I cannot use "blockstates" to make my textures look less repetetive?

Im trying to create a block that uses random textures and random rotations, so it looks like this:

Mud Of Hatred Textures

Im using a resourcepack, which has a blockstates folder. The blockstates folder allows me to use 2 textures for 1 block and rotate them randomly, but

I cannot find a blockstates folder in MCreator, I also want the texture to glow like the magma block so it looks like this:

Mud Of Hatred Glowing

and not like tihs:

Mud Of Hatred Not Glowing

Is there any way to use these "blockstates-features" inside MCreator?
