so i can't delete any other mod elements while it compiles (it sometimes takes a bit long)

This is the exact reason why it disables and makes it compile. Also when you remove something, you can break the workspace so it compiles to verify integrity.

You can CTRL+click selections to select all elements or any combination of them when deleting.

But can't it complies to to verify integrity the next time it compiles?

Or there is a difference when you delete multiple mod elements at once and multiple ones not at once?

But can't it complies to to verify integrity the next time it compiles?

I don't quite see what you mean

If it compiles when you delete a mod element to "verify integrity" like you said

Why it only has to be done only when you delete a mod element and not as usual compiling?

Is it a different compiling method or something like that?

No, it is normal compiling. It compiles right away so user can directly know what caused the compile error.

If it compiled only rarely, it is hard to trace the real reason for errors

Yeah but the player will still be able to know when there are

maybe add an option in preferences which disables immediate compiling with a Warning message
