I deleted caches folder and reloaded it, but it did not work. I did all the "second common solution" in https://mcreator.net/wiki/gradle-setup-errors, but it still did not work.

(I deleted several non-english letters and characters)

"info" , "debug" and "stacktrace" screen?

Wdym?

I deleted the enchantment called "despawner", but I don't understand why it is an error and how can I fix it?

You still have it on some lists, that is for sure a problem. You are pointing to an item that no longer exists..

Oops...I found the problem. In the flyout enchantment (made for sword) I added despawner enchantment in the "can be combined with" and I forgot to delete that after I deleted the despawner enchantment
