Ok So I Need A Coder

I Am a Noob To MCreator and I Need A Coder.

I Want To Add Some TNT Types and A Grounder

A Grounder Basically Grounds Up Items and Blocks Into a Powder and Some Recipes Have a Chance and Range For Certain Powders

Example- A Torch has 100% chance to give 1-3 carbon powder, 100% chance to give 2-4 sawdust, and a 20% chance to give 1-4 flint

The Grounder Has 1 Input Slot and 5 Output Slots

I Might Not Even Need A Coder, I Could Just Be Told In The Replies
