How to make an item frame

Hi!! I would like help with a detail of my mod: I would like to make custom item frames! The functions would be the same: click on it with an item, click on it without an item to change the position (which would be another model) and when broken drop the corresponding items.
I am aware of the absurd amount of items in the game and I am willing to work on it! Thank you very much in advance!
