Problem with Enchantment Procedures

I tried making a Bow Enchantment that has a chance to strike the shot enitity with Lightning but it says the Mod elements dont compile properly and i dont know whats wrong!heres a picture of the procedure

try detaching the if statement from the event trigger and putting it back on?
