Having a block rotate like 1.17 crystals

Having a block rotate like 1.17 crystals

Currently, as far as I'm aware, there is no way to set a block to imitate the way 1.17 crystals do, that is, connecting to the surface of the block placed, is there a way to imitate this?

If it is a new feature of Minecraft 1.17, it will only be possible with Forge 1.17 at least.

Open the block configuration > Visual tab > block rotation mode (top right of the menu) > D/U/N/S/W/E rotation (rotation from block face)

Didnt work, block isnt rotating at all
