For one of my biomes, I wanted beach, similar to the vanilla biome, but a bit different. So I chose my biome blocks etc. However, you is no apparent option for making the biome smaller (like a beach biome). Does anyone know if this is possible?

There's no way to get custom biome sizes (like, at all, unless you redid Vanilla world generation), but you can possibly mess around with biome parents to get something similar (no guarantees, though).

Yes, it did indeed work pretty well, especially for biomes like rivers and lakes :D
