I want to detect if the player left clicks no matter what item is selected but I cannot seem to do this.

I want to detect if the player left clicks no matter what item is selected but I cannot seem to do this.
There is a global trigger for that.
Could you show me where this is? I have searched throughout the global triggers and I cannot find it.
